Jon Williams, Director

Jon is the owner of metanym. With his background in marketing and business development in the corporate world, he is the company's Chief Suit, Design and Development planner and Project Manager.

Jon had a Swiss grandmother so he hates being late for things.

He is easily impressed by shiny gadgets.

Mike Barlow, Web Developer

Mike is one half of metanym's all powerful web development team. Well versed in PHP and MySQL, Mike and Paul are behind all of metanym's clever stuff.

In his spare time, Mike likes to hit things with sticks in time to music, being one quarter of top Lincolnshire rock band Radioscope.

The force is strong with this one.

Paul Smith, Web Developer

Paul is the other half of metanym's supreme web development team. As well as PHP and MySQL, Paul is also a wizard with Javascript and Ajax.

Paul is a top DJ by night, preferring Jpop if given the choice. He is also a genius with electronics and computers.

Also strong with the force, when combining his powers with Mike's, they are invincible!

Jonathan Swift, Web Designer

This cheeky little monkey turned into top class web designer Jonathan Swift, metanym's latest recruit.

Jonathan likes to work with anything that comes to hand. He uses Photoshop, Illustrator, scanners, cameras, bits of paper & glue, sticky-backed plastic, bits of stuff found off the street as well as paper and pencils.

Jonathan also finds it weird talking about himself in the third person, is unhealthily addicted to Lost, Battlestar Galactica and things that are Spooky. His musical taste ranges from the "naff to the bizarre".
