We manage our own servers in 2 UK data centres, with over 600 domains managed. All use Dell servers, and have world-standard security and backup facilities.
Although we generally recommend you manage all your website-related services through a single supplier, our Domain Name Registration/Renewal, Hosting, and Website Support services are provided independently of our web design and development business, which means:
- You can register your domain name through us even if we haven’t produced your website.
- You can host your website with us even if we didn’t design or build it (subject to compatibility checks).
- We can support/manage your website even if we didn’t design or build it, and even if we don’t host it.
- If we do design and build a website for you, you don’t have to have us host it, or register your domain.
Our web design customers benefit from a year’s free hosting and support for new websites, as well as a personal account manager to help you out with any issues or requests you have.
If you’re bit more technically competent or curious, for the closet Geeks out there, we also offer a budget DIY domain name registration and hosting service, with fully automated payment and registration/renewals, plus an extensive online knowledgebase and helpdesk system through our sister company Web1T.
